Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the Chronode services (the “Services”). It forms part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as needed.

You agree not to

• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the Services to provide gambling, betting, prediction-market, custodial-wallet, exchange, token-issuance, or financial-investment products or services.
• Present Chronode outputs as betting advice, odds, wagering tips, picks, guaranteed outcomes, financial advice, or official league/team data unless independently verified and licensed.
• Submit data you do not have the right to use, including proprietary sports datasets, broadcast feeds, or tracking feeds without authorization.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or build competing products from the Services except as permitted by law.
• Upload malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others, or post unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content in community features.
• Misrepresent your identity or age. You must be 18 or older.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and report unlawful activity to authorities.

Reporting

To report abuse, illegal content in community features, or a security issue, email support@chronode.net. Include a link or description of the content, why you believe it violates this policy or the law, and your contact details. We review reports promptly and will tell you the outcome.

Appeals

If we remove your content or restrict your account and you believe we made a mistake, you may appeal within six months by emailing support@chronode.net with the subject “Appeal”. A person (not an automated system) will review the decision and respond with a reasoned outcome.
