Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chronode website and services (the “Services”) provided by HONG KONG YOUWEI TRADING LIMITED (“Chronode”, “we”, “us”), the Hong Kong sales and contracting entity. Chronode also operates through PROTONSOL LIMITED, its Hong Kong technology research and development center, and Generative Topology Inc, a Colorado corporation (its U.S. subsidiary and global R&D and sales center) with its registered office at 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, USA. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

The Services

Chronode provides AI-generated sports event signals, signal reports, tournament boards, and analyst workflow tools through a sports event signal and analysis system powered by a dedicated AI sports-event model. The Services are trained and operated for sports event signals and signal analysis only, using sports event data such as fixtures, event streams, tracking data, team and player statistics, lineups, schedule context, venue context, and historical results. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, billing & renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal at the then-current price. We will disclose the price, billing frequency, and renewal terms before you subscribe. You may cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, text, signal reports, and designs, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business analysis purposes, subject to these Terms and your plan limits.

User content and data

You retain rights to content and data you submit. You grant us a license to use, store, and process it solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services. You must have the right to submit any data you provide.

Analyst and desk use

Plans intended for analysts, media desks, research groups, or team workflows allow you to prepare sports signal reports and signal analysis for your own internal use or audience, subject to your plan limits. You are responsible for: (a) complying with laws that apply to your use; (b) reviewing outputs before publication; and (c) never presenting Chronode outputs as predictions, betting advice, odds, tips, picks, guaranteed outcomes, financial advice, or official league/team data unless you have independently verified and licensed that data.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, email support@chronode.net with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the location of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner. We will remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Chronode provides sports event signals, signal analysis, and AI-generated signal commentary only. It does not provide predictions, gambling services, betting advice, odds, tips, picks, financial advice, or guaranteed outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chronode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on sports signal outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or as required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, contact support@chronode.net — most concerns can be resolved informally within 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the notice of arbitration is submitted. The seat of the arbitration is Hong Kong, the tribunal consists of one arbitrator, and the language of the arbitration is English. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer or statutory rights available to you under the laws of your place of residence.

Geographic availability

The Services are operated from Hong Kong. They are not directed to, and may not be used in, jurisdictions where they would be unlawful — including the mainland of the People’s Republic of China. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply where you access the Services.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
