Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Trial access
New members may be offered trial or pilot access. Paid access starts only after the price, billing frequency, and activation terms are confirmed with you.
Automatic renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled. We disclose the price, billing frequency, and renewal date before you subscribe and in your account. For annual plans, we send a renewal reminder in advance of each renewal date.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@chronode.net or by messaging our support WhatsApp at +1 (872) 236-4928. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
- Monthly plans — payments are generally non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of the period.
- Annual plans — contact us within 14 days of a charge to request a refund of the unused portion, where required by applicable law.
- Statutory rights — consumers in the EU/UK may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Before paid digital access begins, we may ask you to expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, where permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory rights.
One-off reports and model boards
Matchday boards, tournament boards, and single-fixture reports take effect when access is activated or report preparation begins. They are generally non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or prepared, except where required by law. If you cancel a scheduled custom report at least 24 hours before preparation begins, we will refund or reschedule it.
Taxes
Prices are listed in USD and may not include taxes. Applicable taxes are confirmed before payment based on your location.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices. We will give advance notice, and changes apply from your next renewal. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
